From requirement to award.

Identify candidates
Send the RFQ to at least three candidates unless a sole-source award to DefenseTek is justified under applicable EDWOSB FAR criteria.

Obtain proposals
Request the appropriate fixed-price, time-and-materials, or labor-hour response and any project plan or past-performance information.

Evaluate best value
Assess contractor responses against the stated award criteria and select the offer that delivers the strongest value to the government.

Issue the order
Issue the delivery order using DD Form 1155 or another appropriate ordering document.
